This was a fab Sunday morning read 🫶🏻 “The more I exist in this world, and the more I write about how it feels to exist in this world, the more I realise that one of the hardest things to be, in 2024, is yourself, without the perpetual movement of self-improvement.” I LOVED this passage — I feel this way about conversation, as well. That when we reflect on our past selves, we don’t have to move forward like we’re “getting better.” To just be! 🩵
