βTo walk (not for exercise, but for joy); to read (not to be βwell-readβ but to be swept away by a story); to eat (not to lose weight, or have good skin, but to hold tastes on your tongue); just to be.β I love this!!
Reading this as god intended - on a Sunday morning, cozy on the sofa, with my second cup of coffee, and a warmed up cinnamon bun fresh from the bakery. Thanks for making me excited for October! π€
Read while drinking my Sunday morning coffee, in bed, utterly delighted! This is truly the perfect way to start my day, and usher in October. Thank you Hannah dear!

This was a fab Sunday morning read π«Άπ» βThe more I exist in this world, and the more I write about how it feels to exist in this world, the more I realise that one of the hardest things to be, in 2024, is yourself, without the perpetual movement of self-improvement.β I LOVED this passage β I feel this way about conversation, as well. That when we reflect on our past selves, we donβt have to move forward like weβre βgetting better.β To just be! π©΅
